The Engineering Lab Services team within the Cisco Development Organization (CDO) is seeking a strong, highly collaborative program manager to partner with Cisco executives to define, implement, and govern the future operating model for Cisco labs. This is a key role within the GLOBE program, a high priority program to drive lab transformation for business effectiveness. This individual will act as a change agent by helping to transform the company’s lab structure and processes to ensure the most effective use of lab assets and resources. This position will be part of a high performing Program Management Office team chartered with operationalizing the GLOBE vision: transform labs to be a competitive advantage for Cisco – faster innovation and the realization of the network as the platform.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a cross-functional team of Cisco executives to implement the vision for the company’s labs, ensuring alignment between vision, strategy, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional lab organizations, finance, and WPR.
• Partner with senior leaders across Cisco to ensure key initiatives are implemented successfully.
• Drive accountability to goals and metrics set forth by the executive leadership team.
• Implement a comprehensive plan in partnership with the communications team to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged and informed about all aspects of the initiative.
• Manage ongoing executive meetings: establish agenda, ensure completion of deliverables, facilitate meeting, capture and drive action items.

Qualifications:
• Experience in large scale business process definition, transformation, and program management.
• Strong executive presence and proven ability to present strategic information to, and drive change across, a broad range of audiences.
• Ability to build and empower virtual teams to drive change.
• Ability to take conceptual ideas and translate them into a forward thinking strategy with defined goals and measurements with a global mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships within Cisco from engineers to senior management.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills. Proven ability to influence and lead outside of organization and across roles and functions.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment. Demonstrated, take-charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
• Ten years experience in one or more of the following cross-functional roles: consulting, process design, operations management, program management.
• Typically requires BA/BS in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred but not required.
• PMP, PgMP, and/or Six Sigma certification are preferred but not required.
