Sales Operations Analyst opportunity

Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Redwood City, CA

Zuora is the first on-demand company focused on creating products that help companies build, manage and grow subscription businesses. It's first product, Z-Billing, manages and executes a company's billing operations. Z-Payments, recently launched in October, automates the complexities associated with recurring payments. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide critical support to Zuora’s Business Operations Organization. This position will mainly support the Sales and Finance organizations through ownership and administration of key internal applications and business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ownership and administration of Zuora’s key internal Sales applications including: Salesforce, XActly, InsideView, Marketo and Zuora’s suite of solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of best practices around all Sales related applications.
- Champion Salesforce within all groups, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support and Product Management.
- Support Sales, Finance and Legal throughout entire Quote to Cash process:
- Generate initial pricing proposal
- Oversee quoting and approval process through fully executed Order Form
- Issue all customer invoices and manage collections
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance, Customer Support and Professional Services groups to manage customer provisioning.
- Manage renewal process across relevant systems.
- Act as Project Manager/subject matter expert on internal application integration project.
- Assist in various follow up activities associated with Marketing initiatives
- Develop and deliver Field training for all Sales related applications.
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to maintain data integrity across various systems.
- Serve as central point of contact for general Sales support.

Required Skills and Experience:
- B.S./B.A. degree with excellent academic record. Graduate degree a plus, but Technical degree or knowledge of technology strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of Operations or System Administration experience within the Software, preferrably SaaS industry
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM required, Adminstration Certification preferred.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- General knowledge of subsciption based revenue model and deal structure.
- Strong database, Access and Excel skill required.
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
